Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data in accordance with applicable data protection and data security laws (in particular the GDPR and the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2003). This statement explains what information we may collect, how we process and protect it, and with whom we may share it.

We declare our compliance with the statutory provisions on data protection. In particular, we will use data exclusively for the purposes of our orders, and we will take measures to ensure data security by ensuring that data is used properly and not made accessible to unauthorized persons.

Personal data

We do not collect any personal data (such as names, addresses, telephone numbers or email addresses) via our websites unless you voluntarily provide us with such data (for example, by contacting us or subscribing to the newsletter) or have given your consent, or unless the relevant legal regulations on the protection of your data permit this.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device by your browser. They do not cause any damage.

We use cookies to make our service user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.

Google Analytics

This website uses features of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics enables the website operator to analyze the behavior of website visitors. This provides the website operator with various usage data, such as page views, length of visit, operating systems used, and user origin. This data is assigned to the user's respective device. It is not assigned to a user ID.

Furthermore, Google Analytics allows us to record, among other things, your mouse and scroll movements and clicks. Furthermore, Google Analytics uses various modeling approaches to supplement the collected data sets and employs machine learning technologies in data analysis.

Google Analytics uses technologies that enable user recognition for the purpose of analyzing user behavior (e.g., cookies or device fingerprinting). The information collected by Google about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

The use of this service is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG. This consent can be revoked at any time. Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses. Details can be found here: https://privacy.google.com/businesses/controllerterms/mccs/.

IP Anonymization

Google Analytics IP anonymization is activated. This means that your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

Security

Technical and organizational security measures are taken to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful deletion, alteration or loss, as well as against unauthorized disclosure or access.
